1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer reliable shipping throughout the United States.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with trusted carriers, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order is delayed or shows as delivered but not received, please contact us at sales@lifecellmart.com and we’ll assist you right away.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
