1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@lifecellmart.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LifeCell Mart is not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your statement
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
